Join us for an exciting evening as we unveil the latest Martin & Merritt Project details! This mixed-use development, planned by Nashville's SomeraRoad, promises to transform the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood.
Project Highlights
The development will encompass two key locations:
515 Merritt Ave: Adaptive reuse of an existing building (tentatively called The Mill)
1300 Martin St: New construction featuring hotel and residential buildings
Barista Parlor has already committed to The Mill, where they will establish their roasting operations and administrative headquarters.
Recent community meetings for both this project and the 475 Humphreys St development have received strong neighborhood support. SomeraRoad is committed to enhancing our built environment and creating value for the entire neighborhood.
