WEHO Social Neighborhood Association Welcomes New Retailers to 445 Park Commons and Expresses Support for Nashville Speedway Renovation
The WEHO Social Neighborhood Association today expressed enthusiasm for the recently announced ground-floor retailers at 445 Park Commons, the mixed-use development situated alongside GEODIS Park, home of Nashville SC.
“We are thrilled to see such a diverse and exciting collection of retailers joining the Park Commons community,” said Chad DiDonato, WEHO Social Neighborhood Association spokesperson . “These new establishments will not only enhance the vibrancy of the Fairgrounds neighborhood but also significantly contribute to Wedgewood-Houston’s burgeoning reputation as a premier design district by adding a dynamic entertainment element.”
The announcement includes the following new tenants:
Voodoo Brewing Co.: A globally recognized brand known for its high-quality craft beers.
Scout’s Barbershop: A locally-owned Nashville favorite offering a convenient and personalized grooming experience.
Barista Parlor: A Nashville-based coffee shop chain renowned for its exceptional coffee and welcoming atmosphere…and will soon call Wedgewood Houston their corporate headquarters (Martin+Merrit Project, a SomeraRoad development).
“We are particularly excited to welcome Barista Parlor to the neighborhood,” continued DiDonato. "Their commitment to quality and community aligns perfectly with the values of WEHO Social. The addition of these new businesses will undoubtedly attract more visitors to the area, further solidifying Wedgewood-Houston's position as a vibrant and sought-after destination."
Many Wedgewood Houston residents also expressed strong support for the proposed renovation of the Nashville Speedway. "We believe that a revitalized Speedway would be a significant asset to the Fairgrounds and the surrounding community," continued James & Shannon
