Re: ROCK SOLUTIONS WEHO PHASE 3 BUILDING E & GARAGE - NASHVILLE, TN
Dear Occupant:
Construction will soon be underway on the WEHO PHASE 3 BUILDING E & GARAGE. Blasting may or may not be necessary, but in case it is, VCE, Inc. has been hired by ROCK SOLUTIONS to perform pre-construction surveys on specific homes and/or businesses surrounding the construction project.
A pre-construction survey consists of documenting the current condition of the interior and exterior of a home or business prior to blasting using still photographs and diagrams or video tape. This service is performed at no cost to you and benefits both the property owner and the construction company by providing a benchmark if any changes in the condition have occurred. Of course, you have the right to refuse the inspection. We would, however, ask that you notify us if that is your intention so that we have a complete record of each property's response. In many cases, it may be possible that we can perform the exterior survey without the homeowner present. If you have any objections, to VCE, Inc. performing this survey without you or your representatives present, please call the number listed below.
It is very important that we complete this inspection as soon as possible. We have been given a certain amount of time by the construction company to complete our part of this project and we want everyone to have the opportunity to participate.
The VCE, Inc. employees performing the inspection can be identified by their photographic I.D. badges. If, however, you have a concern or you have further questions about the project, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 1-800-747-3844.
Please call us to schedule an appointment time at 1-800-747-3844.
Inspections need to be completed by November 30th 2024.
(We would appreciate it if you would confine or restrain your pets while
VCE, Inc. employees are on your property.)
If the survey has been completed on your home or business, please disregard this notice.

Recommendations for Residents
Given the limited response to some community concerns, the Wedgewood Houston Social recommends the following:
Document all pre-construction property conditions (photos and video are helpful).
Maintain records of all communications with developers (emails, phone calls, etc.).
Stay engaged with WEHO Social advocacy efforts. We will continue to press AJCP for a dedicated community meeting and ensure residents are kept informed.
Monitor for the promised construction update.
Consider reaching out to city officials for additional support. Contact information for relevant council members can be found on the City of Nashville website.
Wedgewood Houston Social remains committed to advocating for transparent communication between residents and AJCP throughout this significant construction project. We will continue to provide updates as they become available
