    Hello Neighbor,

I hope this letter finds you well. As we approach the Labor Day weekend and the unofficial end of summer, I wanted to reach out to you regarding some important developments in our Wedgewood Houston community.

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude for your patience and understanding during the ongoing road construction. While the noise and inconvenience have been challenging, these improvements will ultimately enhance our neighborhood's infrastructure.

I am pleased to inform you that several new retail establishments and dining options will soon be joining our community. These additions promise to enrich our local economy and provide greater convenience for all residents. From luxury retailers to amazing sandwich shops, it's all headed this way finally.

As we welcome these positive changes, I kindly request that we all remain vigilant about safety, particularly in and around construction areas. Your cooperation in reporting any suspicious activities to local authorities is greatly appreciated.

I would also like to extend a warm welcome to our new neighbors who have recently moved into Wedgewood Houston. Your presence adds to the vibrant fabric of our community, and we look forward to getting to know you.

In light of these developments, I am pleased to invite you to a community event on Tuesday, September 10th, at the Zeitgeist Gallery. This gathering will provide an opportunity to:

Learn about a large-scale development currently in the planning stages

Enjoy an exclusive experience at the Zeitgeist Gallery

Connect with fellow neighbors over complimentary refreshments

The event schedule is as follows:

    6:00 PM:

    Arrival and networking

    6:30 PM:

    Presentation on upcoming neighborhood developments

We are honored to feature the work of artist Brady Haston at this event. Mr. Haston's pieces explore themes of landscape and transition, offering a thought-provoking backdrop to our discussions about neighborhood growth.

Your participation in this event would be most welcome, as it provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen our community bonds and share ideas about the future of Wedgewood Houston.

Thank you for your continued support and involvement in making our neighborhood a wonderful place to live. I look forward to seeing you on September 10th.

    Warm regards,

    Chad DiDonato
