We are excited to announce a special event for the Wedgewood Houston community! Join us for an informative and engaging evening as we welcome the developer of the Hagan + Chestnut project to our September Wedgewood Houston Social event.

Tim Johnson from Material Ventures will present the latest updates on the Hagan + Chestnut project, a key gateway property into our vibrant neighborhood.

Manuel Zeitlin, our special guest, will provide insights about the project, the gallery, and why Wedgewood Houston is an ideal location for Manuel Zeitlin Architecture.

“Rethinking Mixed-Use" – Learn about the innovative design and future development plans for the 1.7-acre property, which includes a single-story adaptive reuse building that has been home to neighborhood-defining tenants.

Community Input: This is a fantastic opportunity for residents to provide their input and ask questions about the future development programming currently underway.
