  1. Project Overview: Martin & Merritt (working name) will unfold at two locations:

    • 515 Merritt Ave: An adaptive reuse of an existing building (tentatively called The Mill).

    • 1300 Martin St: New construction for hotel and residential buildings, requiring the removal of nondescript structures.

  2. Tenants: Barista Parlor has already secured space at The Mill, where their roasting and administrative operations will thrive.

  3. Neighborhood Support: Recent community meetings related to both Martin & Merritt and another project at 475 Humphreys St have received enthusiastic support from neighbors. SomeraRoad aims to contribute significantly to the built environment and benefit the entire neighborhood1.
